Lawyer Wendy Musielak was given the prestigious honor as 2013 Lawyer of the Year by the (DCBA). Ms. Musielak was recognized for her commitment to her community and area legal associations.
Ms. Musielak is dedicated to her memberships to the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers (DAWL) and the DCBA. She was bestowed with her Lawyer of the Year honor at the 2013 President’s Ball at Danada House in Wheaton, Illinois.
As a Partner at Esp Kreuzer Cores LLP, Ms. Musielak focuses on family law, child custody, child support, alimony, mediation, collaborative law, prenuptial agreements, litigation and appeals, and complex litigation. She graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Management from DePaul University (Summa Cum Laude) in 1999 and earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2003.
Ms. Musielak is currently the Chair of the Membership Committee of the DCBA, Vice Chair of the Family Law Committee and a member of the Planning Committee. She is also a former Director for DAWL and a Fellow with the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois.
The Wheaton divorce lawyer has assisted in DCBA classes and seminars such as “Effective Arguing & Communication” and “Contempt, Petitions for Rule to Show Cause and Discovery” in 2012 and 2010, respectively.
