Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. as joint book-running managers in connection with the initial public offering of 9,650,000 shares of common stock of Intermolecular, Inc. The gross proceeds from the offering were $96.5 million. Intermolecular’s common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “IMI.”
Based in San Jose, California, Intermolecular has pioneered a proprietary approach to accelerate research and development, innovation and time-to-market for the semiconductor and clean-energy industries.
