Skadden advised Alfa-Access-Renova as a shareholder in TNK-Brasil’s $1 billion acquisition of a 45 percent interest in 21 oil and gas exploration blocks located in Brazil’s Solimões Basin from HRT O&G through a farm-in agreement, announced on October 31.
