Lawfuel.com - Heather Mills' attempts at animal activism could lead to trespass charges being laid against her following her foray into a Somerset pig farmer's property.

Reports that the former wife of Paul McCartney was designed to expose the allegedly 'cruel conditions' under which the pigs were living, but the farm's owner, Michael Underhill, claims the activists' actions made the pigs sick by exposing them to disease introduced by the campaigners.

"There is a huge agenda behind trying to destroy me and put me down," Mills told the BBC last week. The 39-year-old activist has complained of being harassed and vilified by the media - and of receiving death threats - since she and McCartney, 64, separated last May after four years of marriage.
