The American Lawyer’s Annual Midlevel Associates Survey, released in the October 2004 issue, ranked Kilpatrick Stockton the “best place to work” in Atlanta and 11th nationwide of all Am Law 100/Global 100 firms.
Additionally, midlevels at Kilpatrick Stockton praised the firm for its pro bono opportunities, gaining us recognition in the top five of all pro bono programs nationwide for its attitude and approach toward pro bono.
Surveying 12 key areas that contribute to job satisfaction, the AmLaw survey consisted of a comprehensive examination of what makes a firm the “best place to work.”
Any firm may participate in the Midlevel Associates survey conducted by American Lawyer magazine. Eligible midlevels were third-or fourth-year associates (class of 2000 or 2001). This year’s survey report is based on responses from over 4,000 midlevels at 181 participating firms.
