New York – April 8, 2009 (LAWFUEL) – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP’s trademark litigation practice was recognized as tops in the United States by Managing Intellectual Property magazine at the North America Awards in Washington, D.C. This award was based on Managing IP’s World IP Survey, now in its 13th year of publication. This is the second time in three years that Debevoise has been selected as the U.S. firm of the year in this category.
