Clyde & Co’s new Atlanta operation will be led by partners Bob Fisher and James Chin who join the firm from Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi.

The firm’s Atlanta office will specialise in complex insurance, reinsurance and recovery claims with a particular focus on first party property, third party liability, construction, and catastrophic losses. Bob’s experience includes actions at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts involving complex insurance coverage disputes including property and business interruption claims, appraisals, construction and engineering defect claims, large scale subrogation recovery disputes and other commercial matters. James’ commercial litigation and insurance practices focus on complex contractual disputes as well as insurance coverage and subrogation matters.
