DENVER – Thanks to the hard work of the Denver ATF, the U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force, the U.S. Marshals Service Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force West Central Region, the U.S. Marshals Service in Wichita, Kansas, and the Denver Police Department Fugitive Unit, all 19 of those indicted in the Hell’s Lovers case are in custody. The defendants in this case are:

Lawrence T. Martin
Calvin R. Riley
Thomas A. Schrah, Jr.
James R. Switzer
Darrell R. Parker (previously in Department of Corrections custody)
The defendants face federal gun and/or drug charges. Many of those arrested are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. for detention hearings.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Guy Till.
The charges contained in the indictment are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
