ATLANTA (February 21) — Kilpatrick Stockton announces the election of David Eaton as Counsel to the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
Mr. Eaton represents companies and investors in corporate, securities and transactional matters. He is experienced in corporate finance and securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling to public companies and their directors and officers on securities regulatory, corporate governance, stock market, and fiduciary issues. He has represented a broad range of public and private clients in the United States and abroad, and is admitted to the bars of Georgia and New York.
Prior to joining Kilpatrick Stockton, Mr. Eaton served as a law clerk to the Honorable Howard G. Munson, Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Eaton graduated with Distinction from Emory Law School in 1995, where he served as executive managing editor of the Emory Law Journal. He graduated from Trinity University with a B.A. in English and Political Science.
