The new Back-Up Care Advantage Program represents Kilpatrick Stockton’s ongoing commitment of providing dedicated employees with a family-friendly environment.
The program provides access to a nationwide network of center-based and in-home care providers. Services include in-home elder/adult care; center-based back-up child care; and in-home mildly ill and back-up child care. Employees can use the service when they need to be at work and their regular child care or elder care is unavailable.
