Attorney General Bondi and Senate President Haridopolos to Meet with BayCare Health System Representatives on Effects of Maternal Prescription Drug Abuse on Newborns

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.–On Friday, May 13, Attorney General Pam Bondi will host a roundtable discussion on the effects of maternal prescription drug abuse on newborns at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital in Tampa, Fla. Senate President Mike Haridopolos, BayCare Health System President Stephen Mason, and St.
Joseph’s Women’s Hospital Chief Operating Officer Kimberly Guy, among others, will participate. There will be a press conference following the closed-press roundtable discussion and NICU visit.
