Baker & McKenzie Hires New Partner for Capital Markets Practice

Frankfurt, Germany, April 13, 2011 – Dr. Christoph Wolf, LL.M., current Head of Legal at Morgan Stanley’s Frankfurt office, will join Baker & McKenzie as partner on October 1, 2011. Together with Dr. Manuel Lorenz, he will be responsible for developing the firm’s business in the practice areas equity capital markets and public M&A, the same main areas of responsibility while employed as Head of Legal with Morgan Stanley.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley early 2001, Dr. Christoph Wolf had worked several years as an attorney for an international law firm.
