NEW YORK, Feb. 16 LAWFUEL – Business + Law — Coty Inc., the world’s largest fragrance company, announced today the signing of supermodel and fashion icon, Kate Moss, as Coty’s latest beauty partner to develop and market her own line of signature fragrances.

The first fragrance for Moss will capture her unique style and deepen
her universal appeal. Recognized as the greatest beauty of her generation,
Kate Moss has significantly influenced both the fashion and beauty
industries with her stunning presence as a supermodel for luxury brands
across the globe.

“As a one-of-a-kind modern beauty icon, Kate Moss carries clout and
credibility among photographers, fashion designers and the beauty industry.

The fragrance venture extends Moss’s professional relationship with
Coty; simultaneously, she will continue to be the global face of Rimmel
London, Coty’s top-selling color cosmetic line.

Set to debut in the fall 2007, the yet-to-be named fragrance line will
launch throughout Europe, the Middle East and Australia with subsequent
plans to extend to the United States, Canada and Latin America. The line
will include eau de toilette, eau de perfume and ancillary products.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
