With his appointment to the Board of Governors for China Entrepreneurs, Mr. Lee will help the entrepreneurial community foster ideas and expand in China, building on his expertise in various China legal and business topics.

China Entrepreneurs (CE) is an organisation dedicated to fostering the growth of entrepreneurship in China. With local and foreign members, its goal is to bring together a wide range of personal experience and resources so entrepreneurs can interact and build mutually-beneficial relationships. Lee’s appointment provides CE members access to his professional knowledge and background. “Rocky’s incredible knowledge, expertise and experience in advising entrepreneurs will provide important benefits for China Entrepreneurs and its members,” said Eric Schmidt, founder, Chairman, and President of CE.

“We are very fortunate to have Rocky appointed to the Board as he brings a valuable network of foreign and local business connections to the organisation”, said Richard Robinson, a current Governor of the CE Board and CEO and founder of Kooky Panda. Richard was also the founder of Dada Mobile Asia and has worked with Linktone (NASDAQ: LTON).

“Rocky is a leader in the growth of venture capital in China, advising some of the most well-known China venture capitalists and working with companies from dynamic sectors such as high technology,” said Alastair Da Costa, Asia Managing Director of DLA Piper. “This appointment will provide opportunities for Rocky and DLA Piper to strengthen our ties with entrepreneurs, investors and venture capitalists facing business and legal challenges in the fast-changing, complex China market.”

Since 2003, CE-sponsored events have provided opportunities for members to learn more about industry-specific issues as well as build networks with entrepreneurs operating in similar fields. CE encourages the development of strategies for success through the exchange of information, experiences and skills, which contribute to exceptional business execution.
