It appears things are not going according to plan with his With the probate trial against his wife, Shelly, and his billion-dollar federal antitrust lawsuit looming in the distance, Donald and his lawyers filed another lawsuit Tuesday afternoon in his continuing attempts to hang on to the team.
The suit was filed in Superior Court and seeks damages from the NBA, commissioner Adam Silver, Shelly and the LA Clippers Basketball Club. It claims they violated corporate law in attempting to sell the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for $2 billion.
