Feuerstein focuses his practice on intellectual property & information technology, internet and e-commerce issues. He also advises on privacy and data security issues, using his experience gained as in-house counsel to a Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for worldwide privacy and information security polices and data management. Feuerstein also prosecutes trademark applications, counsels clients on brand management issues and enforcement/infringement claims and litigates intellectual property-related matters. He is experienced in transactional and general corporate matters, and has litigated commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
Jensen focuses on the representation of owners and developers in the areas of construction contracting, public contract awards, and commercial development. He also has experience in the areas of commercial lending, workouts, bankruptcy, and business reorganizations, having worked as a loan and workout officer with a national financial institution prior to joining the legal profession.
Poulos practices in the area of complex, commercial litigation, representing clients in diverse industries in connection with a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract and related business torts, as well as intellectual property disputes, employment-related disputes, unfair competition and consumer fraud actions. She has significant experience litigating claims in the health care industry, including defending class action claims brought against health insurers.
