Hubbard One chosen by Hunton & Williams for website overhaul

CHICAGO, 13 September 2011 – Hubbard One, the premier provider of marketing, business development and practice management solutions for law firms, and part of Thomson Reuters, has announced that leading global law firm Hunton & Williams LLP has launched its new website on Hubbard One’s Web Center platform.

Hubbard One’s market-leading Web Center software platform allows firms to use the web to communicate effectively with target audiences and provides the foundation for content globalization, mini-site development, blog deployment, e-mail marketing and alumni and career sites.

With 900 attorneys practicing across 19 offices in the US, Europe and Asia, Hunton & Williams needed a streamlined website that would reflect their capability as a truly global, client-focused firm and further enhance their communication with clients.

A Hubbard One client since 2002, Hunton & Williams selected the Web Center platform to provide the underlying technology for the newly redesigned main site and the other 19 mini-sites that sit within it. The project also involved co-ordination with other Hubbard One projects for Experience Manager and Proposal Generator solutions that were underway at the same time.

“We felt that our previous website didn’t reflect the firm’s global reach,” said Kim Perret, director of Marketing & Client Development at Hunton & Williams. “We needed a sophisticated site that presented large volumes of information in a client-friendly and personalized way, without being too overwhelming.”
