Kilpatrick Stockton Continues Expansion of Washington, D.C. Office

WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 24) — – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today the addition of three new associates — Eric Gold, Lindsay Kaplan, and Lindsay Tingley — to its growing Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Gold is joining Kilpatrick Stockton’s Litigation Department, Ms. Kaplan is joining the Intellectual Property Department, and Ms. Tingley is joining the Corporate, Finance, and Real Estate Department.

Mr. Gold focuses his practice on complex business litigation and insurance coverage matters. He received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, cum laude, and was an articles editor for the American University Law Review. He received his B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University.

Ms. Kaplan focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law. She received her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law where she was articles editor of the William & Mary Law Review. Ms. Kaplan received her B.A. in Journalism from Emory University, Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Kaplan is fluent in Spanish and is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association.

Ms. Tingley focuses her practice on corporate, securities, and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance and corporate governance. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.

She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, she received the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Book Award for “Most Outstanding Advocate” in Trial Practice, was a Public Interest Law Organization Recipient and a member of the Order of the Barristers. She was also a senior articles editor for the Wake Forest Intellectual Property Law Journal, Co-Captain of the Wake Forest National Trial Team, Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and a Moot Court Board member. Ms. Tingley received her B.A. in Political Science from the College of Wooster, magna cum laude and was Phi Beta Kappa.
