Kilpatrick Stockton’s Shyam Reddy Appointed to the University of Georgia Board of Advisors College of Public Health

ATLANTA (September 24 ) – LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today Shyam Reddy, an attorney in the firm’s nationally recognized Corporate Department, was recently named to the prestigious University of Georgia College of Public Health Board of Advisors. He joins eight other board members who are distinguished leaders in the State of Georgia and/or the field of public health.

Mr. Reddy, who was a 2006 candidate for Georgia Secretary of State, earned his Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) from Emory University. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.

In his high-profile law practice, Mr. Reddy advises technology companies and private equity funds in negotiating and consummating their strategic growth transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border deals.
