Kilpatrick Stockton’s Steve Feingold and Michelle Graham Contribute to Leading Intellectual Property Book

NEW YORK (October 14) – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that intellectual property attorneys Steve Feingold and Michelle Graham authored a chapter in the 7th edition of the The IP Book, which was recently published by Minnesota CLE in connection with The Midwest Intellectual Property Institute. Leading intellectual property attorneys from across the country contributed to this outstanding, topical publication.

Mr. Feingold and Ms. Graham’s chapter, which is entitled “Trade Dress Protection: The Intersection Between Distinctiveness, Functionality and the Protection of Source – a 2008-2009 Case Update,” analyzes six important decisions from the federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board involving non-traditional marks.
