The offering consisted of units of common stock and warrants, with gross proceeds of approximately $10 million. The IPO was closed simultaneously with the closing of a tax-exempt New Jersey Economic Development Authority Solid Waste Revenue Bond deal in the principal amount of $17.5 million. The proceeds of the IPO and the bonds will be used to develop and construct a natural food waste recycling facility in New Jersey.
