Notice is hereby given that an action was filed on April 5, 2007, in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, Case No. 2:07- CV 00448-RCJ,on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of Gaming Partners International Corp. (“Gaming Partners”) (Nasdaq:GPIC) between May 15, 2006 and March 28, 2007, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
The Complaint charges Gerard P. Charlier, Paul S. Dennis, Eric P. Endy,
Alain Thieffry, Elisabeth Carrette, Robert J. Kelly, Charles R. Henry,
Laura McAllister Cox and Gaming Partners with violations of federal
securities laws. Among other things, plaintiff claims that defendants’
misleading statements concerning Gaming Partners’ operations and
financial performance caused Gaming Partners’ stock price to become
artificially inflated, inflicting damages on investors.
