LAWFUEL -The Law Firm Newswire – Many firms may relish the web traffic that inundates their websites, but in the case of The Andrew Speaker.com website, excessive bandwidth requirements were too much and the site is closed for business presently.

Andrew Speaker, 31 is at the center of a growing controversy over how he was permitted to enter the US carrying a dangerous strain of tuberculosis.

Speaker is a personal injury and divorce lawyer who returned last week from his wedding and honeymoon trip through Italy, the Greek isles and other spots in Europe.

He practices with his father at the Speaker Law Firm.

Speaker reportedly took six plane flights in two weeks as he fled across Europe while being pursued by health authorities, which had advised him not to travel.

Government officials are also flummoxed that Speaker had no trouble re-entering the U.S from Europe. To avoid U.S. no-fly restrictions, the couple flew to Montreal and drove across the border. He turned himself in in New York City. Now in government custody at a Denver hospital, Speaker is the first TB patient under federal quarantine since 1963.
