LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – The FBI has announced that Myisha Ferrell, a former classmate of Bobby Cutts, Jr., the man accused of murdering Jessie Davis and her unborn child, was arrested today on related obstruction of justice charges. .
Ferrell was arrested just hours after the body of Jessie Davis was found in Cyanhoga Valley National Park, according to the AP.
Jessie Davis, already the mother of a two-year old son, Blake, was found dead, while she still carried her nearly full-term fetus…a girl, who she planned to name Chloe.
On Saturday, with Ferrell not at home, police broke through the door at approximately 8 pm. Police were armed with a search warrant, signed by Stark County Common Pleas Judge John Haas to search for DNA trace evidence. According to the warrant, the deputies were looking for blood, hair and fibers “which may be used as evidence of the crime of obstructing justice”.
Eight brown paper evidence bags were removed by officers and several smaller envelope-sized bags from the apartment.
