Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP advises Midland Group on its acquisition of Jordan Formula One team

26 January 2005 – Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP represented new client Midland Group in relation to its acquisition of the whole of the issued share capital of Jordan Grand Prix Holdings Limited and with it the Jordan Grand Prix motor racing operation. The deal completed on 21 January, 2005. The consideration of the deal remains undisclosed.
