Mediator of the Year in 2014 Maria Dew has an employment law bent, but she can turn her hand to mediating any manner of commercial disputes including trust issues, relationship property and weathertight disputes.
She has most recently been in the news with her report into alleged bullying behaviour from Retirement Commissioner Diane Maxwell, having established a strong reputation for her work handling sensitive disciplinary and grievance issues across both the public and private sectors.
She is also the deputy chair of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
Having a strong litigation background as well, the Bankside Chambers-based barrister continues to act on a range of civil litigation issues, including insurance and lawyers professional misconduct matters.
