NEW YORK–LAWFUEL – Real Estate Law –ALM’s Real Estate Media Division, a leader in news and information for the commercial real estate industry, today announced the appointment of Josh Simon as associate publisher for Real Estate New York®, to oversee the magazine’s expanding advertising department. Simon will report directly to Daniel Ceniceros, vice president of regional publications for the division.
Simon’s professional background comprises more than 14 years of advertising/marketing experience, including work as marketing and business development for WNBC-NY & WNJU Telemundo; director of business development for Zilo Networks; and sales management positions with Thomas Publishing.

The division also announced that Megan Hartung has been appointed as a sales associate for Real Estate New York. Previously, Hartung was instrumental in the growth of the division’s successful RealShare Conference Series.
In addition, Matt Santangello, formerly director of REM’s Newsletter Group, has been promoted to sales manager, REM Directories.
