Oslo – LAWFUEL – Property Law News – DLA Piper announced it has appointed Hans Christian Brodtkorb to the Oslo office. Hans Christian joins as a new partner in the Real Estate and Construction group.
Hans Christian is the former head of legal at NCC Construction AS (the third largest construction company in Norway) and has also worked within the legal department of Veidekke ASA (the largest construction company in Norway). He has considerable experience in real estate and construction, his areas of practice including large international projects and smaller housing, business and civil projects. Hans Christian is also experienced in PPP and partnering projects and advises on real estate transactions and development and contract law.
Hans Christian was admitted to the Norwegian Bar Association in 2000 following his education at the University of Oslo 1998 (Candidate of Jurisprudence) and University of Cambridge 1998 (English Legal Methods). He serves as a legal and strategic advisor for several companies within real estate and construction and is a member of the Norwegian Construction Law Association.
