Pepper Hamilton, Grant Thornton and PACT Present Seminar on Retaining and Motivating Executive Talent

Philadelphia, PA – December 13, 2011—Pepper Hamilton LLP and Grant Thornton LLP have teamed up with PACT, the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, in a breakfast seminar focused on retaining and motivating senior-level talent. The panel discussion will focus on strategies to provide compensation packages that motivate executives, while satisfying regulatory and shareholder oversight that addresses executive compensation.

Jonathan A. Clark, a partner with Pepper Hamilton and co-chair of the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group, and Michael Monahan, managing director of compensation and benefits at Grant Thornton, will serve as panelists.
