SAN DIEGO– LAWFUEL – The Law Newswire – AnywhereCD – – filed a complaint this morning against Warner Music and WMG for a declaratory judgment that AnywhereCD has not breached its agreement with Warner Music and has the rights to sell MP3 Albums of Warner Music artists. Unfortunately, we ran into a contractual disagreement that necessitates the help of the courts and ultimately the oversight of a judge. We hope to settle this matter quickly, and move forward with our stated business of selling the world’s best music as MP3 Albums.”
