LawFuel.com – US Law Dealbook – Slaughter and May is advising Aegis Group plc (‘Aegis’) on a recommended cash offer by Dentsu Inc. (‘Dentsu’) which values Aegis at approximately £3,164 million.
The offer, which was announced on 12 July 2012, is to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
It is expected that the scheme document will be despatched to Aegis shareholders on or around 23 July 2012 and that the Scheme of Arrangement will become effective during the fourth quarter of 2012.
