Thomson Elite User Conference
HOUSTON–LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – DataCert, Inc., the leading provider of legal and IP spend management solutions, today introduced a collaborative initiative with Thomson Elite that will focus on simplifying how law firms process electronic invoices.
The new initiative will be shared with more than 1,000 legal professionals at the Thomson Elite User Conference in Las Vegas, July 26-28.
“Currently, America’s top-grossing law firms rely on multiple systems and manual processes in order to submit e-invoices to corporate clients,” said Paul Zengilowski, director of product marketing. “This initiative reflects DataCert’s dedication to extending our law firm offerings, saving them time and money and easing the administrative burdens traditionally associated with electronic invoicing.”
The result of this collaboration is a solution that links the e-invoicing submission and tracking processes between DataCert’s ShareDoc® and Thomson’s Elite Enterprise. Law firm billing personnel will now be able to automatically access information from both systems, eliminating the need for manual uploads, multiple logins and other redundant processes.
“The complexity of legal invoicing has increased in recent years for law firms,” said Louisa Keyes, product marketing manager at DataCert. “Our work with law firms around the world has indicated that e-invoicing systems integrations are a critical step in easing the annoyances associated with the legal invoicing process.”
DataCert is a leader in systems integrations. Since DataCert’s inception in 1998, it has implemented its e-invoicing and legal spend management solutions in more than 80 corporate law departments and integrated with multiple matter management, accounts payable and pre-existing solutions.
