IRVINE, Calif. (LAWFUEL) – Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, a full-service, California law firm, today announced it has hired two new associates in its Orange County office. Brad B. Grabske and Deanna M. Spelber have joined the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Litigation and Business and Complex Litigation practice groups, respectively.

Grabske, who primarily focuses on business and real estate litigation, will work with a number of attorneys in the Orange County office who specialize in eminent domain, inverse condemnation and real property litigation. The group is headed by Partner John C. Murphy, a highly regarded leader in the field. Grabske’s additional experience includes an array of complex commercial matters such as unfair competition, fraud, and breach of contract and has also represented clients in numerous employment disputes. Prior to Luce Forward, he was an associate at Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliot, LLP. In 2003, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School.
Spelber is experienced in various aspects of complex litigation and will join Partner George C. Rudolph in representing clients in business and complex litigation matters, including diverse business and tort issues. She has handled cases involving various industries, including hospitality, non-profit, manufacturing, professionals, and financial institutions and recently developed and executed litigation strategies for claims against a prominent Catholic Religious Order. Previously, Spelber was an associate at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, LLP. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2001.
