Strategically placed, the lawyers will enhance the firm’s services and increase its Washington, DC presence. The law office has experienced steady growth over the last year in several of its key practice areas including health, litigation, and construction.

The attorneys, all seasoned associates, come to the firm from prominent government positions or other national law firms.
Antitrust lawyer Christi J. Braun joins the firm from the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, Healthcare Services & Products Division. She represents health care service providers, insurance companies, and medical product corporations in all aspects of antitrust investigations and litigation, including government and private actions.
Ms. Braun graduated from Creighton University (BA, summa cum laude, 1998), Boston University School of Law (JD, cum laude, 2001), and Boston University School of Public Health (MPH, 2002).
Active in the American Bar Association, she is a member of the Colorado and New York bars.
She frequently speaks before national audiences on antitrust issues relating to health care providers.
Health Law lawyer Lindsay E. Greenwood focuses on transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, Medicare reimbursement, HIPAA and tax-exemption. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the health care group of Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago.
Ms. Greenwood graduated from DePaul University College of Law (JD, 2001) and the University of Florida (BS, 1998).
She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys.
Also joining the firm’s Health Law practice is Chiarra-May Stratton. Before joining the firm, she practiced in the health care group of Reed Smith in Washington, DC. Ms. Stratton served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John H. Bayly, Jr. in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in 2001, and as a health policy intern for the Honorable Garnet F. Coleman, Texas House of Representatives, from 1998 to 1999. She served in the HIV / AIDS Bureau of the US Department of Health and Human Services as a health policy intern in 1998.
A graduate of St Louis University (BA, cum laude, 1997) and The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (JD, 2003), Ms. Stratton is a masters of public health candidate at the University of Texas — Houston School of Public Health.
Active professionally and in her community, Ms. Stratton is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
