National law firm Wilson Elser has recently signed a long-term 14,707-square-foot lease renewal to remain in its office space at 100 Southeast Second Street. The firm has been located in this space in downtown Miami for nearly 20 years.
Chris Tarzon, Managing Director at global commercial real estate services firm Studley, represented Wilson Elser in the transaction. Eric Groffman of Transwestern represented the building owner, I&G Miami LLC.
According to Tarzon, Wilson Elser explored options to relocate, but the firm’s existing location was best suited for its needs.
“Flexibility was the key component in this agreement,” states Tarzon. “The landlord provided concessions that helped accommodate the firm’s current and future space needs and that were instrumental in keeping the firm in place.”
