The Opportunity<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Residential, rural and commercial property transactions
\n\u2022 Subdivisions, leasing and related property advisory work
\n\u2022 Trusts, wills, estate planning and wider private client matters
\n\u2022 Established client relationships, with support to transition or grow work over time
\n\u2022 Full-time or part-time options considered<\/p>\n

About You<\/strong>
\n\u2022 6+ years; PQE in property law, with New Zealand practice experience preferred
\n\u2022 Proven ability to manage complex files and client relationships with sound, independent judgement
\n\u2022 The ability to supervise or support junior team members and contribute to practice development
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach<\/p>\n
