Step into a broad senior commercial role with quality work, genuine influence and exposure across New Zealand and Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n About the role<\/b><\/p>\n Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join their Auckland-based Legal, Risk & Compliance team, working across the organisation\u2019s New Zealand and Australian operations.<\/span><\/p>\n This is a broad commercial role with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating complex agreements, including debt sale, service and outsourcing arrangements and other key commercial contracts. You will also advise on strategic and operational matters, governance, disputes and litigation, with exposure to regulatory matters as they arise.<\/span><\/p>\n Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you will provide practical, solutions-focused advice and play an active role in managing legal risk across the business.
