Jones Day and Alsulaim Alawaji & Partners formally launch Saudi Arabia offices

Jones Day and Alsulaim Alawaji & Partners Law Firm formally announced the opening of three offices in Saudi Arabia, located in the major cities of Jeddah, Alkhobar, and Riyadh, at receptions held in each city. The strategic alliance between Jones Day, which has represented Saudi clients for more than 20 years, and Alsulaim Alawaji will provide Saudi clients and foreign clients doing business in the Kingdom seamless access to resources around the globe. The two firms, which have worked closely together for a number of years, will offer a range of services in areas including project finance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, institutional restructuring, and intellectual property.

As Jones Day’s Managing Partner Steve Brogan commented to the Arab News, “Saudi Arabia has been very important for the firm’s success.” He continued, “We decided to make a renewed commitment in the Kingdom by opening new offices because of the importance of Saudi Arabia in the region and the world.”
