LONDON – LAWFUEL – Press Release Service – Allen & Overy today announced Société Générale has sublet 80,000sqft (7432 m²) of its new Bishops Square office in central London, Spitalfields. The brand new, purpose-built complex has over one million sqft in area with 750,000sqft of working space. The agreement announced today leaves 120,000 sqft of grade A office space available to let on flexible terms. Allen & Overy will move over 2,000 people to the new office later this year.

The developer of Bishops Square is Spitalfields Development Group, which is owned by Hammerson plc. The developer has created a first-class office building to designs by Foster and Partners, the internationally renowned architects.
