13 May – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Shore Capital Group plc, the listed independent investment banking group based in London and Liverpool, today announces that Jonathan Paisner, current Group Legal Counsel, has been appointed an Executive Director.
After gaining an MA in French at Oxford University, Jonathan was a corporate finance solicitor at Berwin Leighton, where he advised on a wide range of private and public market transactions. He then spent two years with a start-up venture capital house, before joining Shore Capital as legal counsel in 2002. At Shore Capital, Jonathan is responsible for legal affairs across the Group, but is particularly involved in the Group’s principal and structured product activities. As an Executive Director, Jonathan will also continue as Group Legal Counsel.
