International law firm Clifford Chance announces that Joan Janssen has joined the firm’s Singapore office, as a Counsel with the Capital Markets Group, effective 10 August.
Joan was most recently a senior associate with the securities group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Singapore where she has been based since 1997. Prior to that she was with Freshfields in London. Joan specialises in securities transactions, with a focus on both debt and equity offerings. She has played a leading role a wide variety of international debt and equity issues and has advised both Singaporean and international clients on a broad range of transactions. Joan is qualified in England and Singapore.
