22 July – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – New York – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Globo Comunicações e Participações S.A. (“Globopar”) in the successful completion of the restructuring of approximately US$1.3 billion of its debt. Converted bonds will be issued, and cash will be paid pursuant to the previously-announced Dutch Auction and Mandatory Purchase, in each case as soon as practicable.
