30 January 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Herbert Smith announced today it will become a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) following a partnership vote this month in favour of conversion.
The 206-partner international firm plans to convert to a worldwide LLP incorporated in England on 01 April 2005, the first day of its new financial year.
