Marcos Daniel Jiménez, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida; and William T. Sims, Special Agent in Charge, United States Secret Service, announced that on September 8, 2004, defendant, Andres Rojas, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge James Lawrence King in Miami, Florida, to a term of sixty (60) months’ imprisonment after having been convicted at trial of one (1) count of attempted online enticement of a child.
