New Hire to Further Bolster Latham’s Growth in Asia
Singapore, August, 2006 … LAWFUEL – Legal News Network – Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Rajiv Gupta has joined the firm’s Singapore office as of counsel in the Corporate Department. Gupta will bolster the firm’s leading corporate finance practice.
Gupta has extensive experience representing large investment banks and domestic and foreign issuers on offerings of equity, high-yield and investment-grade debt and convertible, equity-linked and derivative products.

Gupta has spent his entire legal career at Davis Polk & Wardwell in both New York and Hong Kong. He is licensed to practice law in India and New York State. Gupta is a graduate of the University of Delhi, University of Cambridge and University of Michigan Law School. He joins Latham from the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
