Kahne focuses his practice on the formation and representation of private investment partnerships and various offshore investment vehicles. He is experienced in the registration of investment advisers and related regulatory compliance; the formation and CFTC registration of commodity pools, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors; and general securities and corporate matters.
