LONDON (Nov. 6, 2006) — LAWFUEL – Law News, Law Jobs Network – Vinson & Elkins advised Endeavour International Corporation, the North Sea-focused energy company, on its successful acquisition of Talisman Expro Limited, a subsidiary of Talisman Energy Inc.. The deal completed on 1 November for a purchase price in excess of $400 million. As a result of the transaction, Endeavour bought interests in eight oil and gas fields in the Central North Sea section of the UK Continental Shelf.
The V&E team in London was led by partner Alex Msimang and assisted by Claire Roberts and Anna Chard.
