WARSAW - LAWFUEL - Legal News, Legal Jobs - Allen & Overy has advised Aegon on the acquisition of a Polish pension company, PTE Ergo Hestia S.A., from Munich Re Group. This represents the first acquisition of a pension company in Poland since the new regulatory authority was introduced through the law on financial market supervision on 4 September 2006. Corporate partner Jaroslaw Iwanicki was assisted on the transaction by associates Artur Nowacki and Anna Osińska.
