LAWFUEL – UK Law News – Linklaters has advised Allied London Properties (ALP) on the sale of 2 Hardman Street, one of the prime buildings on the Spinningfields development in Manchester.
Legal & General Assurance Society Limited acquired the 157,000 sq ft building which is let to Deloitte and Greater Manchester Newspapers. The building was completed in April 2006.
The firm has been providing ALP with ongoing advice in relation to the development, construction and letting of Spinningfields, one of Europe’s largest city centre redevelopments.
The Linklaters team was led by real estate partner, Patrick Plant, who was assisted by real estate associates Alison Fisher and Dennis Ko, construction associates Carolyn Lee and Paul Wilson, real estate tax partner Jonathan Evans and tax associate Liz Conway.
