His company is heavily involved in collecting evidence used in employee litigation (employee theft of company data), business litigation and intellectual property issues. Among the compelling topics to be discussed is workplace violence, which the Centers for Disease Control have now classified as a national epidemic. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the workplace has become the most dangerous place to be in America.
